Our modern apartments are nestled in a tranquil residential area of Kapparis in Paralimni, just 1.5km from the beach. Kapparis main Beach is less than 20 minutes away on foot. The apartment complex is secured by a main gate with controlled access, ensuring the utmost safety and privacy for its residents.
